Access is limited to an explicit allowlist. Signing in with an account that is not on it produces an empty application rather than an error, and is not a grant of access to anything.

Everything you record, type, forward or attach remains yours. The operator claims no ownership and no licence beyond what is needed to run the features you use: storing it, transcribing it, and sending it to the providers listed in the privacy policy.

The app can act on instructions it finds in your notes, and agents can be given tools that write to it. Those actions are bounded by one rule: an agent may produce anything you can throw away, and may not do anything you would have to undo. It does not send messages as you, does not make purchases, and holds no payment method.

It is provided as is. Transcription is imperfect, models are confidently wrong sometimes, and the whole thing is maintained by one person in their own time. Do not rely on it for anything where being wrong is expensive, and keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

There is no uptime commitment. The operator may change or switch off any part of it at any time, including this one. You may stop using it whenever you like and delete anything held.
